s with a severely bent frame, it skid off the road during a right elbow turn, spun 360 and ended up hitting the Duquesne Light telephone/utility pole. Driver walked away with no injuries. I've talked to the cop that worked the scene, driver got ticketed for "Unsafe Speed", and is at fault. Dealership (West Hills Nissan) has filed it with their insurance company, and will stand behind their employee, and try to make it right for me (for all thats worth).
